MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Some of our products are made to order, which means there will a turnaround time of UP TO 5 WEEKS before your order is made and ready to be shipped to you.
If you order a combination of made to order and ready-made products, your entire order will be sent once your made to order items are finished.
For MADE-TO-ORDER products please read the listings to understand what the turnaround times are for your order. Please allow UP TO 5 WEEKS for your order to be handmade and ready for shipping (it's likely to be a lot sooner than that!). Keep an eye on our socials for updates regarding any delays with turnaround times.
PRODUCT IMAGES AND APPEARANCE
All of my products are handmade from start to finish.
The nature of handmade items means there may be slight differences in pattern placement on each individual item, or very minor variances in finished sizing. That's what makes each piece one-of-a-kind!
All of my products are clearly listed including pricing, images and quantity available. I understand how important it is to show you the detail and colour of every item, and I have done my best to represent items accurately, however different lighting, computer screens and phones can sometimes affect the appearance or colours of an image.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I'm confident you won't have any issues with your products. Please check our Returns & Exchanges Policy on the website for all of the details.

PRE-ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Please ensure you read the details within the custom or pre-order item listings regarding ordering specifications and production times. I will generally have a 4-5 week turnaround time for these particular items.
